Looking to recharge and expand your network? You are warmly invited to Aalto Finance’s first-ever Women’s Wellness Event, created together with Women’s Career Network and Bain. This is an easygoing event for those who identify as women in business, tech, and law who want to explore what a career in consulting can look like.

Ambition rarely comes with an empty calendar - we carry multiple roles, deadlines, and expectations while still aiming for balance. Inside and outside work, women face a distinct set of expectations that can take a toll on mental and physical wellbeing. Throughout the evening, we’ll host interactive sessions for open, honest stories and conversations about setting healthy boundaries, choosing what matters when time is tight, and building support systems that keep you steady under pressure. We hope these stories help you find better balance in your own path.

We begin the evening with an all-levels yoga session to quiet the noise of a busy week. Afterward, we’ll move to small-group discussions over healthy snacks, with space to exchange thoughts, reflect across disciplines, and ask the questions that rarely make it into formal events.

Please note: before the event, you will receive a separate message if you have secured a spot. You must then confirm your attendance as soon as possible. If you have not confirmed at the latest by Sunday, 16th of November at 23:59, your place will be offered to the next person and it will affect your future chances of attending Aalto Finance and Women’s Career Network events.

WHO: For all those who identify as a woman and are studying in business, tech and law (mainly 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th year students)

DRESS CODE: Please arrive in yoga-ready attire

YOGA MATS: Provided

COST: Free of charge (A 35€ no-show fee will apply to participants who do not cancel in advance)
