Top Females’ Dinner 2025

Up for an inspiring evening over a delicious dinner with representatives from Nordea, PwC/Strategy&, Mandatum Asset Management and Nrep/Urban Partners? Aalto Finance warmly welcomes you to Top Female’s Dinner 2025 – an evening for all those who identify as a woman and are interested in finance.

In business school we learn theories across subjects, grounded in real-world data, that we then apply in practice. As women in a male-dominated field, our real-world data is limited, so we rely on the women who have already experienced and succeeded in what awaits us. This year’s theme, “Creating Your Luck,” comes from the misconception that you have to be lucky to succeed, when in reality you create your luck. With the help from women who have created their luck in different fields, we will openly discuss skills that translate beyond roles, how to invest your time and energy wisely, and ways to set yourself up for sustainable success later on.

During the evening, a three-course dinner will be served. With the lead of our company guests, the joining students will gain insights on the representatives, the companies they represent, and potential open positions in the companies.

WHERE: Restaurant Sipuli (Kanavaranta 7, Helsinki)

WHO: For all those who identify as a woman and are interested in finance (mainly 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th year students)

COST: Free of charge (A 35€ no-show fee will apply to participants who do not cancel in advance)

DRESS CODE: Smart Casual
