MENTORING PROGRAMME 2026

Aalto Finance & AFA invite motivated Finance students to apply for our annual mentoring program.

The program connects current Finance students with experienced Aalto Finance alumni, giving you the opportunity to discuss career paths, gain industry insights and support your professional development. You will be matched with a mentor based on your interests, goals and preferences.

The program will begin with a remote kick-off session via Teams on Wednesday, 25 November at 19:00. After the kick-off, each mentoring pair can arrange meetings freely according to their own schedules. As a mentee, you will take the lead in arranging the meetings and preparing topics you would like to discuss with your mentor.

If you are interested in joining the program, please complete the Google Form below by EOD on Sunday, 15 November. Your responses will help us find a mentor whose background and experience are a good fit for your interests and aspirations.

More information about the matching process, your mentor and other practicalities will be shared with selected mentees later on.
