ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2026
Are you interested in joining the Board of Aalto Finance or taking part in electing the Board of 2027? If so, attend the Aalto Finance Annual General Meeting, held on Tuesday, 24th of November at Klaus K Hotel.
Please make sure to arrive on time. Once the event has started, you can only enter during breaks between the interviews for the different roles, as we want to give the board candidates peace and quiet during their interviews.
Selection process: Each role is decided separately by an open vote. For each role, those attending the AGM who wish to apply are invited to the stage. The candidates are then asked a few questions by the current board members and the audience, after which a vote is held to select the person for the role.
Roles: At the start of the board year, one member of the Aalto Finance board will be appointed to represent Aalto Finance as Chair of Wellpark Capital. The appointment is not tied to any specific board role and is decided by that year’s board. However, the President and Vice President are not eligible, as their focus is fully on Aalto Finance. All other roles remain unchanged and can be found in the About section.
If you have any questions or just want to know more about the roles, please don’t hesitate to reach out to any of the current board members.
Who can vote and apply?
• Only students currently enrolled in the Finance program (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
• Only students present at the AGM
Practical information:
WHEN: Tue, Nov 24th at 18:00
WHERE: Klaus K, Rake Ballroom (Entrance via Erottajankatu 4 C)
Even if you do not plan to apply for the new board, we warmly encourage you to attend the AGM to enjoy drinks, good company across year classes and influence the future of Aalto Finance.
