ABOUT THE ROLE

We're offering full-time Transaction Analyst Intern roles on our finance team over 2026-2027, working directly alongside senior leadership on live debt financing transactions. The debt team consists of former investment bankers and private capital investors from London and New York. This is a fixed-term engagement (3-4 months) in Helsinki, offering exposure to the full lifecycle of a debt raise from early sourcing to negotiations, due diligence process, and ultimately through closing. We are offering internships throughout the year, with the first candidate ideally starting as soon as possible over the course of the Fall 2026.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

● Support financial modeling and related analyses for debt financing transactions

● Assist with preparation of investor materials

● Support investor due diligence

● Get hands-on exposure to term sheet negotiation and deal execution

● Work closely with senior finance leadership on a real, active capital raising program

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

● Prior experience from investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or similar

● 3+ years of academic studies in Finance, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business, or related field

● Strong analytical mindset, and fluency in English

● High attention to detail and mature judgement

● Genuine interest in AI infrastructure, capital markets, and corporate finance

● Entrepreneurial and proactive learner in a fast-moving environment, who is excited to scale a leading European AI infrastructure player
