Corporate Finance Analyst / Trainee

We are looking for Corporate Finance Analyst / Trainee to join our growing team. Suitable candidates include 4th–5th year students, recent graduates, and early-career professionals eager to develop within corporate finance and strategic advisory. Ideally, the selected candidate would be available to start in early 2026.

What you will do

• Participate in M&A and other advisory projects

• Build valuation models and prepare information memorandums, pitch decks and decision-making materials

• Conduct company, industry and financial analyses

• Work closely with other team members and clients

What we look for

• A relevant university degree (or close to graduation) with a strong academic record

• Prior full-time/internship work experience in corporate finance or similar advisory positions

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

• Fluent in Finnish and English

• A true-team player with good interpersonal and analytical skills

• Commitment to working in a fast-paced environment
