What the role offers

• Take on significant responsibility in M&A, IPO and other corporate finance transactions

• Perform in-depth valuation analyses and construct complex financial models

• Undertake market, industry and company research and analyses

• Produce project materials (such as teasers, information memorandums and investor presentations) as well as marketing and pitching materials

• Work with leading firms, their owners, board of directors and top management

• Interact with customers and project stakeholders

What we are looking for

• Solid academic background

• Keen interest in corporate finance and the investment banking industry

• Strong analytical and numerical skills

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English and Finnish

• Proficient Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills are considered as an advantage

• Proactive and curious personality with a can-do attitude and good sense of humor

• Previous work experience through internships appreciated, although not required
