Do you want to gain practical experience in investments and company development?

Rite Ventures is now seeking driven students for an internship during autumn 2026 and spring 2027. The role gives you the opportunity to work as part of our team, take part in the entire investment process, and at the same time contribute operationally in one of our portfolio companies. The internship is divided into two parts: Part 1 at Rite Ventures and Part 2 operationally in one of our portfolio companies.

About Rite Ventures

Rite Ventures is an engaged investor focused on building strong Swedish and Finnish companies in areas such as software and e-commerce. Our goal is to be the preferred partner for entrepreneurs who want to create long-term growth and value.

We work with a long-term perspective and often invest in niche companies with high potential that are outside the traditional investment focus. As an investor, we are active and work closely with company management on both strategic and operational matters.

Your responsibilities

The internship consists of two parts:

Part 1 – Rite Ventures
During the first part, you will work at Rite with, among other things, the following tasks:
• Company analysis: conduct in-depth analyses and initial coverage of selected companies
• Deal sourcing: identify and contact potential investment cases and carry out market analyses
• Transactions: prepare investment materials, assist with modeling and due diligence
• Board work & materials: contribute to the development of strategies, business plans, and reporting
• Network: participate in seminars and conferences

Part 2 – Portfolio company
During the second part, you will work operationally in one of our portfolio companies, either in Sweden or Finland. The placement is adapted to your interests and the needs of the companies. Examples of tasks:
• Work closely with the CEO on strategic and operational matters
• Support the CFO in financial follow-up and reporting
• Participate in marketing and sales initiatives
• Contribute to business development and special projects

Period

The internship runs during autumn 2026 and spring 2027:
• Part 1: mid-August–end of December at Rite Ventures
• Part 2: mid-January–end of June in one of our portfolio companies

Qualifications

• Fluent in Finnish, Swedish, and English, both spoken and written
• Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Have a strong interest in investments, entrepreneurship, software, e-commerce, and company analysis
• Ongoing studies in economics, finance, accounting, industrial engineering, or similar, with strong academic results
• Independent, analytical, and structured – we value a person who is proactive and has strong communication skills
