Internship – 2026

Are you interested in a future in investing and being an active part of company development? Rite Ventures now offers an opportunity for driven students to work with us during the spring semester of 2026 and the autumn semester of 2026 at one of our portfolio companies. We are looking for two people who want to work closely with our team, gain hands-on experience in company analysis and business development, and at the same time help build strong Swedish and Finnish companies. The programme consists of two semesters: Semester 1 at Rite Ventures and Semester 2 working operationally in one of our portfolio companies.

We work with a long-term perspective and often invest in niche companies with strong potential that fall outside the usual investment focus.

Your responsibilities

First semester – Rite Ventures

• Company analysis: conduct in-depth analyses and initial coverage of selected companies.

• Deal sourcing: identify and contact potential investment cases and carry out market analyses.

• Transactions: compile investment materials and assist with modelling and due diligence.

• Board and materials: contribute to the development of strategies, business plans, and reporting.

• Network: participate in seminars and conferences.

Second semester – portfolio company

Which company it will be depends on the candidate’s interests and the needs of our portfolio companies, either a Swedish or a Finnish company. The tasks may include some of the following initiatives:

• Work closely with the CEO as an assistant on strategic and operational matters.

• Support the CFO in financial follow-up and reporting.

• Participate in marketing and sales initiatives.

• Contribute to business development and special projects.

Period

The internship runs during the spring and autumn semesters of 2026: first semester (mid-January–end June) at Rite Ventures; second semester (mid-August–mid-December) at one of our portfolio companies.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Finnish, Swedish, and English, both spoken and written.

• Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Interest in entrepreneurship, e-commerce, software, and company analysis.

• Ongoing studies in business, finance, accounting, industrial engineering and management or similar, with strong academic results.

• Independent, analytical, and structured – we value a proactive person with strong communication skills.
