We are looking for trainees to join our strong Real Estate Deals team!
We are one of the leading advisors in the Finnish real estate transactions market working with both domestic and international private equity firms, institutional investors, and corporate clients. As part of PwC's global real estate network, we collaborate with the network's international teams.
What kind of role is it?
As part of our team, your tasks will focus on analyzing target companies' operating income and costs, their assets and liabilities, and business plans. You will support our clients in buy-side and sell-side transactions, as well as in market research, valuation, and other real estate related projects.
We currently have several trainee positions available from autumn 2026 onwards, including opportunities starting in October 2026 and throughout 2027. The trainee position can be either part-time or full-time. A trainee period is usually 4-6 months, but it can be tailored to suit each candidate's availability. The trainee position may lead to a full-time Associate position.

This role is for you if you have:
A university background in business, real estate, economics, engineering, or other relevant field with a minimum of 3 years of studies
An interest in the real estate sector and knowledge of basic real estate market and value dynamics
Fluency in written and spoken English and Finnish
Analytical skills and the ability to work proactively in teams
An eye for detail and visualisation skills to present information
Prior work experience in the real estate industry is considered beneficial but not essential.
