The Opportunity

Atlas Holdings is seeking highly motivated students to join its London office for the Summer Internship Programme in 2027.

This internship is designed to provide exposure to the full investment lifecycle, offering the opportunity to work across live transactions, portfolio company initiatives and origination projects. Interns will gain first-hand experience working alongside a growing, entrepreneurial investment team and will be given meaningful responsibility from day one.

With lean deal teams and a highly collaborative culture, interns can expect significant exposure to senior professionals and the opportunity to contribute to real investment decisions and value creation initiatives. 

The programme is designed as a pathway into the firm, with the intention of converting high-performing interns into full-time Analyst hires.

 

What You Will Do

Responsibilities may include:

· Conducting company, competitor and industry research across a range of sectors

· Supporting due diligence efforts on prospective investment opportunities

· Evaluating business models, market dynamics and commercial performance

· Building and analysing financial models and investment materials

· Assisting with investment committee presentations and deal execution processes

· Working alongside portfolio companies on operational improvement and value creation initiatives

· Analysing strategic growth opportunities, acquisitions and value creation initiatives

· Engaging with management teams, advisers and other stakeholders throughout the investment process

 As part of the internship, participants will also complete an independent project focused on the investment lifecycle and value creation process, culminating in a final presentation to members of the Atlas team.

We welcome applications from candidates studying various disciplines, including finance, economics, engineering, mathematics, sciences and other subjects.

Previous internship experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, corporate finance, transaction services or other relevant analytical environments is required.

Additional language skills are advantageous but not essential.
