Analyst Intern

Nordea Investment Banking is the leading Nordic investment bank in equity and debt capital markets as well as in M&A. We have offices in Helsinki, Stockholm, Copenhagen, and Oslo with around 400 professionals of which 80 are based in Helsinki.

We are now looking for young ambitious persons (with >100 ECTS) to join our Helsinki office for the following periods in 2027:

Corporate Finance (M&A and ECM) and Leveraged Finance

• Spring (January 4th – May 14th)

• Summer (May 10th – September 3rd)

• Autumn (August 30th – December 31st)

Debt Solutions & Structuring

• Spring (January – May/August)

• Autumn (August – December)

Debt Capital Markets

• Spring

• Autumn

Nordea provides you with a vantage point into international investment banking. As an analyst intern you will have the opportunity to work with experienced investment bankers in project teams and work closely with clients ranging from the largest Nordic corporations to financial sponsors. We have a very dynamic working environment and relaxed atmosphere even while working hard.

The responsibilities of an analyst intern include e.g. finding and analysing information, financial modelling and valuation, drafting of presentation materials and other documentation as well as process coordination.

To succeed in Nordea Investment Banking you should have excellent analytical skills, talent for simultaneously managing multiple tasks and high motivation to perform. In addition, excellent communication and teamwork skills and a high degree of literacy in Finnish and English are necessary.
