Summer Intern 2026

Mrec Group is looking for a motivated summer intern to join our team. This is an opportunity to gain real, meaningful exposure to real estate investment and asset management in a professional environment.

What we are looking for:

• MSc. student in a relevant field, for example finance, accounting, real estate economics or similar

• An analytical mindset, attention to detail and eagerness to learn

• Fluent Finnish and English, and solid skills with MS Office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint

• Relevant work experience is not required but is considered as an advantage

In your role, you will participate in different stages of real estate investment life cycle by collecting and analysing data from various sources, preparing presentations, valuing assets and participating in due diligence processes.

With Mrec Group you will gather broad expertise in the real estate industry. On both companies, we operate in close collaboration as a team with low hierarchy enabling your professional growth. The internship term is flexible, exact dates to be agreed upon with the candidate.
