What we are looking for

• M.Sc. student in a relevant field, for example finance, accounting, real estate economics or similar

• An analytical mindset, attention to detail and eagerness to learn

• Fluent Finnish and English, Swedish is a plus, and excellent skills with MS Office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint

• Relevant work experience is not required but is considered as an advantage

In your role, you will participate in different stages of real estate transaction process life cycle by collecting and analysing data from various sources, preparing presentations, valuing assets and participating in due diligence processes.
