FULL-TIME M&A ANALYSTS – HELSINKI

MCF Corporate Finance is a premier international M&A and Debt Advisory boutique, and we are now looking for two talented individuals to join our team as Analysts. Ideal candidates have an entrepreneurial mindset, a genuine interest in gaining exposure to cross-border clients and transactions, and have graduated or will soon graduate from a top university or business school. MCF offers an international environment where you will participate in all aspects of M&A, with an opportunity to take on early responsibility.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Gain exposure to international M&A transactions in a wide range of industries
• Be strongly involved in marketing and live mandates as part of a dedicated team with a high level of responsibility from early on
• Perform diverse tasks ranging from preparing high-quality presentation materials (e.g. pitch decks, information memorandums and other decision-making materials) to company and market analysis, financial modelling, due diligence work and other exercises
• Work and meet with various clients and other professional advisors

ABOUT YOU

• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills as well as an excellent academic record
• Fluency in English and Finnish (other languages are considered as a plus)
• Ambition and ability to deliver high quality work under tight deadlines
• True team-player attitude and being comfortable working with both junior and senior team members
• Preferably some relevant prior work experience, for example, from an internship in investment banking, private equity or management consulting
