Trainees - Strategy & Transformation

The Strategy and Transformation unit is responsible for driving KONE’s long-term success by identifying the right strategic priorities, ensuring a common direction, and bringing the strategy to life together with KONE’s areas and other functions.

In your role as a Business Analyst Trainee, you get to be a full member of the team and contribute to strategic projects by conducting analyses, presenting insights, and engaging with key stakeholders. One of the interns will work in the Strategy Development & Market Intelligence team and one in the Transformation and Global Process & Data -teams. Recent internship projects have focused on market due diligence for our New Building Solutions business, as well as pricing analysis and competitor benchmarking.

This is a full-time internship, lasting 3-4 months. We are looking for two candidates to join us for the summer 2026 starting in May, but the exact timing of the internship is negotiable depending on your studies and our project situation. The primary location for this position is in our headquarters in Espoo, Finland, the other main location – in Stockholm – is negotiable.
