Junior Associate Internship

We at JLL Capital Markets Finland are recruiting Junior Associates for September 2026 and/or January 2027 intake. JLL is a NYSE-listed Fortune 500 company and the #1 real estate transaction team in Finland, with over €15bn in completed transactions since 2015.

Key details:

• 4–6 month full-time internship

• Exposure to live transactions and client meetings from day one

• Deadline: 23 August 2026 (interviews begin on a rolling basis)

We are looking for candidates with:

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools

• Fluency in Finnish and English

• Prior experience in investment banking, real estate, or consulting is a plus but not required
