Investor Relations Trainee

Innovestor is a Finnish investment manager focusing on venture capital, real estate, and energy storage. We also provide corporate venturing services.

We are now looking for a part-time (hourly-based) Investor Relations Trainee to join our Helsinki team, with the opportunity to grow into a permanent role. In this position, you will work closely with our Investor Relations team and support fundraising and investor communication activities. Typical tasks include prospect research, data gathering and analysis, preparation of investor materials (PowerPoint, Canva, Excel), contributing to development projects such as AI in IR, and CRM-related tasks.

We believe you’ll succeed in this role if you have:

• Analytical mindset and genuine interest in investor sales and capital markets

• Strong academic track record, preferably with over three years of studies in finance, accounting, industrial engineering, or another relevant field

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills - and the confidence to reach out to investors

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

• Fluency in Finnish and English

• Previous experience from the finance sector is a plus, but not required
