SPRING 2026 INTERNSHIP AT HLP CORPORATE FINANCE

Established in 2001, HLP (www.hlppartners.com) is a leading M&A advisor and one of the oldest independent corporate finance advisory firms in Finland. Our company has a solid track-record, with more than 300 advisory assignments completed for nearly 200 clients across various industries, and the value of executed transactions totaling over €11 billion. We currently employ 12 full-time corporate finance professionals in Helsinki.

We are now looking for an intern to join our team during spring 2026.

The internship

• Internship period will start as soon as possible (e.g. early February) and to last 4–6 months, exact dates are negotiable

• Your key tasks as an analyst intern in a project team include financial analysis, valuation of companies and project material preparation

• You will be given a high level of responsibility and client access already at the entry level

The ideal candidate has…

• 120+ ECTS credits towards a Master’s degree in Economics & Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or equivalent business-related degree

• A solid academic track record

• Good knowledge of finance and accounting

• Strong analytical skills, a problem-solving attitude and excellent interpersonal skills

• Motivation to work in a fast-paced project environment

• Fluency in Finnish and English (oral and written). Other languages, especially Swedish, are a benefit
