Join a top-ranked Equity Research team at a leading Nordic bank. We are seeking a new Equity Analyst to join our Helsinki team.

As an Equity Analyst, you will independently cover approximately 10 Finnish companies, producing research reports and commentary on their earnings outlook, valuation, and share price drivers. The role also involves significant interaction with institutional investors, both Finnish and international. You will regularly meet portfolio managers to discuss and present investment ideas, which is one of the most engaging and rewarding aspects of the position.

Our focus is on institutional investors, and you will collaborate with colleagues across the Nordics as well as Danske Bank’s offices in London and New York. While you will work independently with your assigned coverage, the role involves close teamwork and cooperation with our sales teams. From day one, you will engage with top management of listed companies and interact with leading investors in the Nordics and hedge funds in London. Additionally, we work closely with Danske Bank’s Corporate Finance team on IPOs and other ECM transactions.

Your profile:

• M.Sc. in Finance or a related field with an excellent academic record.

• 1-3 years of experience in the financial services industry or related fields such as management consulting.

• Familiarity with financial modelling; experience in equity research is an advantage but not essential.

• Fluent in both written and spoken Finnish and English; proficiency in Swedish is a bonus.
