Responsibilities
In this role you will take part in different areas of CaPS services. Your responsibilities include:
Conducting cost saving analyses for potential CaPS member companies
Supporting the onboarding of new member companies
Preparing materials for meetings
Collaborating closely with CaPS members and vendors in a fast-paced environment
Supporting CaPS team members and business operations across different ongoing tasks and development projects and contributing to a positive team culture
Who we are looking for
We are looking for driven and curious individuals who get things done. We value a collaborative can-do attitude, willingness to support our team and ability to connect with different stakeholders.
Successful candidates typically have:
You can manage many priorities in a fast-paced environment — and stay precise while doing it
You have a commercial mindset and care about team success
Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English (both required). Swedish is a plus.
Fluency with Excel and PowerPoint
A hard-working, energetic team-player mindset
Adaptability, learning orientation and strong self-leadership
You've shown ambition somewhere in your life — competitive sports, academics, or another field where you've pushed to excel
A degree or ongoing studies in e.g. economics or engineering, with a strong academic track record
