About the Position
Attendo Nordic care provider listed in Stockholm. Our revenue in Finland is about one billion euros and we contribute about two-thirds of our global results. We are, above all, a home for over 12,000 residents, but we also want to be a pioneer and a driving force in the social care sector. Your responsibilities will include:
In your role, you will act as the right hand of our Head of M&A and be involved in every transaction and development project we undertake. Your tasks can include, for example:
Target screening and analyzing target companies
Participating in and coordination of Due Diligence processes
Valuation and financial modelling
Preparation of decision-making materials and participation in processes
Development and implementation of new tools and templates
What are we looking for?
We are primarily looking for a motivated fourth- or fifth-year student with a basic understanding of M&A processes, concepts, and valuation. You don't need to know everything in advance, but the more of the following criteria you meet, the better:
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
A solid understanding of M&A processes
Experience as an advisor or industry role in M&A or corporate development
Proactive and efficient working style
Strong motivation to work and develop in a fast-paced M&A environment
Majored in finance, accounting or equivalent, or soon to be graduated
