M&A Internship - Helsinki

MCF Corporate Finance is a premier international M&A and Debt Advisory boutique, and we are now offering four-to-six-month internship positions for spring, summer and autumn 2027, with an opportunity for a full-time position after the internship. We are looking for ambitious, hard-working and talented individuals with over 120 ECTS at a top university or business school. Ideal candidates have an entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine interest in gaining exposure to cross-border clients and transactions. MCF offers an international environment where you will participate in all aspects of M&A, with an opportunity to take on early responsibility.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Gain exposure to international M&A transactions in a wide range of industries

• Be strongly involved in marketing and live mandates as part of a dedicated team with a high level of responsibility from early on

• Perform diverse tasks ranging from preparing high-quality presentation materials (e.g. pitch decks, information memorandums, and other decision-making materials) to company and market analysis, financial modelling, valuation and other exercises

• Work and meet with various clients and other professional advisors

ABOUT YOU

• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills as well as an excellent academic record

• Fluency in English and Finnish (other languages are considered a plus)

• Ambition and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines

• True team-player attitude and comfort working with both junior and senior team members
