Internship at Accenture Strategy & Consulting

As a management consulting intern, your background in, for example, business, industrial engineering, communications, healthcare, human resource management or supply chains opens doors for you to varied projects in the world of consulting. Based on your experience and aspirations, you have the opportunity to work on, for example, the development of growth strategies and operating models, either in connection with a certain industry or business area. Tasks can include, e.g., data collection and analysis, market research, technical evaluation and preparation of presentations for customers.

Success factors in the internship

• Master's studies in a related field

• Outstanding academic record

• Interest in project work on various business challenges

• Ability to work as part of teams

• Analytical way of thinking and excellent problem-solving skills

• Fluent Finnish and English language skills (written and oral)

I’m interested in an internship at Accenture – what next?

Our internships are designed to fit your schedule and typically last 3–4 months, depending on the preferences of both the intern and the hiring team. Our spring internships usually start at the beginning of February, and the application period for spring 2026 internships is open until 8.11.2025. We are already reviewing applications during the application period, so apply soon! Our internships are located in Helsinki.
